  • Hephaestus, the Imperial Braggot: This robust braggot takes cues from imperial stouts, with roasted malts, chocolate, and coffee notes, balanced by a touch of Bulleit Bourbon for added warmth and complexity.

  • Persephone, the Dry-Hopped Metheglin: A refreshing metheglin with pomegranate and rosemary, dry-hopped with floral hops for a delicate aroma and a crisp finish.
